Aragosta Brut embodies the rich winemaking tradition of Sardinia. The Vermentino grapes are handpicked from select vineyards situated in the oldest areas surrounding Santa Maria La Palma. The wine undergoes fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method. This process enhances the wine's effervescence and preserves its aromatic profile.
