Acetaia Reale Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is born in Magreta, in the province of Modena, using century-old traditions combined with refined craft.
Only musts from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are used, cooked slowly and aged in a succession of fine wooden barrels — oak, chestnut, ash, mulberry, cherry or juniper.
The result is a dense, dark, enveloping vinegar with deep, fruity and woody notes; a balance of sweetness and acidity that enriches both traditional and modern cooking.
