Organic "Flora" Monica di Sardegna DOC 75cl
Ruby red in colour with purple tints, the intense scent of red fruit and presence of wild blackberries, currants and cherries are the characteristic aromas of the Monica variety.
The taste is rich, harmonious and well balanced of freshness and persistence.
Harvested in the period around the end of September and beginning of October the grape pulp is left in contact with the skin for around 10 days. The alcoholic fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel at 25 °C.
Ideal to accompany savoury first courses such as stuffed pasta, lean meats and aged cheeses such as our organic matured Pecorino.
