Displaying a deep yet vibrant ruby red with violet hues in a wine glass and a typically persuasive hint of liquorice and forest fruits.

This full-bodied masterpiece is a well-balanced red wine perfect for pairing with pasta and rice dishes as well as grilled meats and our semi mature pecorinos.
Cagnulari is a typically Sardinian grape and it takes expert pruning to harvest them to perfection. Small and firm berries produce sweet pink juices which when pressed are characterised by the deep colour of the grape’s skin.
We recommend serving this delectable wine at 18°C – 20°C alongside a pasta in a meaty tomato sauce like Malloreddus alla Campidanese. There’s no better way to enjoy the taste of Sardinia.
