This full-bodied spumante expresses a soft and pleasant flavour as it is refined for six months, using the Mesi Sur Lie methods in which the yeast enhances the fragrant aroma and forms a fine and constant Perlage.
This wine is ideal for celebrations or as an aperitif and with the whole meal of fish, shellfish and seafood dishes. We recommend serving this special wine at 6 ºC - 7ºC.
