Red Myrtle - Anima Sarda 50cl

color: dark red with violets, intense and evolved aroma, aromatic with balsamic notes of undergrowth and mediterranean scrubm characteristic with a pleasant and decisive characteristic aroma, it is considered an excellent liqueur with digestive properties.

Infusion: infusion of ripe berries in alcohol, left to macerate for about two months, with the use of rotary steel macerators, then pressed and filtered, without grinding the mas the seeds give the liqueur a too.

Dilution and refinement: the dilution is done with water from the nearby sources of San Leonardo, sugar and without any addition of flavorings and / or dyes; the infusion obtained will have a purplish-red color, similar to that of the berries. The process ends with a period of aging in steel vats for another 2 months.
