Awarded a bronze medal by the Decanter world wine awards in 2016 this is a medium body wine with a subtle shade of yellow, hints of green and a delicate aroma, this is a delightful choice to be paired with young pecorino cheeses, cold Fregula dishes and fishy meals.

Every sip embodies an off dry smoothness with a fresh flavour of apples and notes of almond in the aftertaste.
