The squid ink that makes this pasta so dramatically black also gives a boost of a rich, briny flavour with a natural underlying essence of the pristine mediterranean waters. Using carefully selected raw materials, slow processing times, bronze extrusion and static drying at low temperature is what makes this a quality product, in which the natural goodness is enhanced.

This beautiful pasta is simple and sassy, made from just durum wheat semolina, water and squid ink.
