Sardinians are famous for their food culture and the food of Sardinia regularly follows the seasons. Climate, festivals and animals play an important role in traditional recipes.
Formagella is the sun-shaped Sardinian baked cheese cake on a light dough basis. A soft center of golden pecorino cheese with a taste of citrus and raisins sprayed.
In winter we give the gift of nougat. Sweet nougat made with honey, sugar and egg white incorporated with whole almonds and hazelnuts. It also gives a lot of energy while exercising in the gym and running outdoors.
